I rather like how this picture came out.
Real cool lookin. I figured out more techniques
with this lens I'm using.

It's kinda the bottom line of lens's. BUT eventually
I figured out that instead of being upclose and trying
to focus and fill the picture which i had been doing with
very little success.

I found that if you back up and zoom in you have almost
100 Percent more control in which parts are focused over
those that aren't. It's a really good technique especially
with when not working with a quality lens and capturing
small objects.

The piece is obsidian, collected locally. The silver work was done by Michael Thornton aka ~skezzcrom

Its just interesting because I have boxes of raw obsidian at my house and I've never come across that color
