But I'm waiting to get a lens, a good lens. A high quality lens. I'm borrowing someones right now. But It's not capturing the pictures I want them to. It only zoom's in so far and doesn't quite capture the level of intent I want.
This is nice - a simple wrap to show off the great-as-usual knapping, with a lot of elegant touches in the wire work, like the bend where it crosses near the tip, to harmonize with the shape, and one end of the wires right at the center. Yes.
The pieces I made using your work are all sold but the largest one, which I priced high enough to hang around as "booth candy" for a while, and the complicated one, which I'm still working on. I could use another half-dozen small points, maybe a really nice larger blade. Maybe more later.
"Booth candy" is one of the names for the large, impressive pieces that catch people's eyes, and get them looking so they see the other stuff, which in my case is often small with tiny details that can't be seen from a distance. I suspect that one or a few of those would be good even in an on-line store. And occasionally they sell.
